Chad Riddersen began working in the roofing industry as a construction laborer at 14 years old. Chad worked installing asphalt roofs for 5 years to help pay for college expenses at the University of Southern California. After graduating from USC at 20 years old in 2008, Chad worked at Deloitte consulting for Fortune 500 companies. After a year at Deloitte, Chad went on to work in investment banking, where he helped growth-stage companies raise capital and get acquired. In 2014 Chad cofounded Deviate Labs, a growth marketing consulting agency, with Raymond Fong. After working with several successful companies in the roofing industry, Deviate Labs created a dedicated roofing marketing subsidiary, Roofer Elite, to help high-growth roofing industry entrepreneurs across the US and Canada.
RAYMOND FONG

Raymond Fong acquired his undergraduate degree in engineering from Harvey Mudd College. While working in the aerospace industry as a systems engineer on top-secret government projects, he obtained his graduate degree in engineering from the University of Southern California. After five years in engineering, Raymond discovered his passion lay in marketing and consulting. He went on to establish himself as a recognized expert in the internet marketing arena. Since 2005, he has coached, mentored, and trained tens of thousands of business owners around the world, ranging from lawyers, realtors, chiropractors, to roofing contractors. In 2014, Raymond cofounded a growth-hacking consulting agency, Deviate Labs, with Chad Riddersen and lends his online marketing expertise to Roofer Elite and its valued clients.
