CHAD RIDDERSEN

Chad Riddersen began working in the roofing industry as a construction laborer at 14 years old. Chad worked installing asphalt roofs for 5 years to help pay for college expenses at the University of Southern California. After graduating from USC at 20 years old in 2008, Chad worked at Deloitte consulting for Fortune 500 companies. After a year at Deloitte, Chad went on to work in investment banking, where he helped growth-stage companies raise capital and get acquired. In 2014 Chad cofounded Deviate Labs, a growth marketing consulting agency, with Raymond Fong. After working with several successful companies in the roofing industry, Deviate Labs created a dedicated roofing marketing subsidiary, Roofer Elite, to help high-growth roofing industry entrepreneurs across the US and Canada.
RAYMOND FONG
CO-FOUNDER
Raymond Fong acquired his undergraduate degree in engineering from Harvey Mudd College. While working in the aerospace industry as a systems engineer on top-secret government projects, he obtained his graduate degree in engineering from the University of Southern California. After five years in engineering, Raymond discovered his passion lay in marketing and consulting. He went on to establish himself as a recognized expert in the internet marketing arena. Since 2005, he has coached, mentored, and trained tens of thousands of business owners around the world, ranging from lawyers, realtors, chiropractors, to roofing contractors. In 2014, Raymond cofounded a growth-hacking consulting agency, Deviate Labs, with Chad Riddersen and lends his online marketing expertise to Roofer Elite and its valued clients.
BRANDON METTEN
PROJECT SPECIALIST
Brandon Metten has spent 5+ years working in marketing for the home services industry. Brandon graduated with honors from San Jose State University with a degree in Marketing. While earning his degree, Brandon served as a consultant for multiple startups in Silicon Valley helping with marketing strategy and execution. After graduating, Brandon worked as a Client Services Manager for Houzz where he helped manage the lead generation services for 500+ companies in the home service industry. During this time, Brandon realized his passion for helping businesses in the home service industry grow from small operations, to successful multi-million dollar companies. After leaving Houzz, he joined Roofer Elite to continue helping small businesses grow with a keen focus on roofing companies.
